We would like to extend a Tremendous WOW to Zak for the immediate attention he paid towards our KIA Soul. We anticipated 2-3 days, our Soul was completed in less than 24 hours. We were very appreciative of the cleanliness displayed in attending to our vehicle. Megalosaurus also receives a tremendous WOW for the courtesy and professionalism she displayed in not only attending to me so promptly and getting our vehicle attended to, but getting our rental reserved and following up on Enterprise 's delay. The moment I walked in the door everybody was very friendly and polite. Carlos C. was awesome on explaining everything they did to the car was even a gentleman and open the door for me. If ever needed any work done to my car again definitely will be coming back to this place Hospitality was excellent.

This is my second visit back to this location to have some follow up warranty work done after my initial paint/repair from an insurance claim. I originally came in to have my car repaired toward the end of last year. I had the pleasure of dealing with Riley and Brian. When I came back for this visit it was no surprise that Brian is now the manager. He was very thorough the first time I came in and made sure that above all else I was happy with the process and felt like I was being heard and helped. I have had the same experience so far this time as well. I experienced a few minor hiccups with the initial repair and Brian has been very helpful in making sure that Gerber is providing me with 100% satisfaction. Tom was a very professional man during my visit. I was unfortunate enough to be in a accident and within 4 hrs of me filing a claim with my insurance he had given me a call to set up a time and date for drop off. He had my vehicle fixed in no time and I'm back on the road as if it never had happened. Would definitely recommend!

Kevin was great to work with, explained how they would fix the dent, kept me up to date with phone calls about the progress and delivered the finished car when he said he would. The three different ladies at the front desk were each helpful to me, when we dropped it off, when I called in to change our arrival date and at the end when we picked the car up. All in all, a great job done by everyone we met at Gerber! Keep up the good work!! Thank you!!
