I am very pleased with the courteous and friendly office contact(Fran) and my estimator(Chris), who oversaw the repair of my vehicle. It was repaired quickly and very satisfactorily-sparkling clean, newly washed, when I picked it up. Gerber did a wonderful job and I'd certainly return there again if I ever need repair work done again.

To Whom It May Concern; This is intended to be the highest praise for JASON M, an employee at your College Ave., Ruskin, Florida operation. I delivered my car, which had been drastically rear-ended, to your College Avenue operation for an estimate of the repair cost, and its repair. Jason was very friendly and sympathetic, and explained in very understandable language what repair of the visible damage would require. He also made clear that detailed examination of the underneath and the "innards" of the car might reveal further repair needs. As it turned out, such further inspection revealed damage, which made the car unrepairable. During subsequent discussions and insurance negotiations, Jason cheerfully helped and advised me in many ways, going well beyond what his job required. I am today happy in an appropriate replacement ... vehicle. I owe JASON the highest praise and thanks for this outcome. read more

Estimator Tommy S. did an outstanding job for me. He thoroughly explained his estimate for the repair, gave me specific information about the time required to finish the job, and kept me informed of the status daily. He also notified me of the repair parts not needed after inspection and the reduction to the estimate that resulted. The finished product was perfect, and my car was immaculate when I picked it up. If I ever again need my car repaired, I will definitely come back to Gerber and Tommy S!

EXCELLENT JOB ON THE REPAIRS TO MY 2016 HONDA CVR. IT WAS COMPLETED WELL BEFORE THE DUE DATE OF MAY 4TH AND LOOKS AS THOUGH IT HADN'T EVER BEEN DAMAGED. TECHNICIANS DID A REMARKABLE JOB! I WAS TREATED EXTREMELY WELL BY TIM G. AND OTHER EMPLOYEES OF GERBER AND EVERY QUESTION I HAD WAS ANSWERED BY MR. G WHO HAS ADVANCED KNOWLEDGE IN HIS FIELD. I AM EXTREMELY PLEASED WITH THE RESULTS. ALTHOUGH I NEVER WANT TO SEE GERBER AGAIN IN MY LIFETIME, IT WOULD BE THE FIRST PLACE I WOULD RETURN TO IF THIS WERE TO HAPPEN AGAIN (KNOCK ON WOOD).
