I went to Gerber Collision on three ocassions after having a bad experience at another repair shop nearby. The "bad" repair shop actually referred me to a body shop and I am so thankful they did. That is when I went to Gerber Collision in Clermont. I was greeted with smiles and positive attitudes each time. The first time I walked into the shop, Ms. Rosa left her desk during what was probably her lunch hour and never hesitated to assist me. She saved me hundreds of dollars in unneccesary repairs that I was told by the "other" repair place was my only option. The service was outstanding and I came back in a few days with one of my other vehicles that needed repairs. The front desk folks and Ms. Christina were helpful and encouraging. They were reassuring and patient when I told them about the work I needed. I received ... great service from Derek M, Winston B, Hector and the rest of their Clermont team. I highly recommend Gerber Collision in Clermont, Florida to all my friends and relative. I personally own six vehicles and intend to bring them to Gerber Collision in the future. Gerber Collision and Glass is the BEST place to get your car fixed. They have excellent mechanics like Justin L. and managers like Andy who watch out for their customers. I had a minor accident and needed auto body work on my new car. My insurance company sent me to Gerber. They fixed it quickly, completely eliminating all damage and matching the paint so that no one can tell where I dinged my car! Then I came back to have them look at the air conditioning in my old pickup. I had been told that I needed a new system by other repair shops and the price was more than the worth of the truck. After my pleasant experience with Gerber on my new car, I decided to return with my truck to see what they could do. For a small price they got my air conditioning blowing cold air again. I was surprised and thrilled. I live on the other side of town, ... but I drive over 20 miles each way to go to Gerber because that is how much I trust them and value their work. You cannot go wrong letting these guys handle your collision and glass claims. They are the BEST!! read more
