Gerber did an excellent job of repairing my 2011 Ford Fusion. Darren prepared my estimate, kept me posted by phone on the progress of repairs & delivered the car to me in showroom condition! Darren was very courteous, pleasant to deal with & very efficient. Lisa, at the front desk, was also very pleasant & courteous to deal with. I would highly recommend Gerber Collision & Glass; they did a super job for me.

Great job of repairing paint on rear bumper. Had a short time to get repair done and they made every effort to insure that it was ready when I needed it. Did everything possible to accommodate me with rides etc.

Tom S. was excellent in managing our pick up truck repair. Being the victims of grand theft auto, our stress level was reduced by his professionalism and empathy. Although we certainly wish we did not need the service, we will always recommend this shop.

I have to say that I am more than pleased with the work done on my car...although I am a perfectionist and always find something wrong when not done right, I found nothing wrong with my car once I got it back. Fran was great with handling "me" and keeping me calm while my car was repaired. I highly recommend Gerber Collision....great work!!

This location was amazing. Kept us up to date, even though they had to deal with Nisson's slow response to parts and labor needed. Leah was awesome, she knows her business and I saw her move seamlessly between cars, customers and problems, never felt forgotten or that we were not as important. Justin, was friendly, helpful and kept up to date with outside enitities who he needed to complete repairs.Showed great professionalism in spite of frustrations. Fran was calm, competent and made sure all last minute issues were addressed. In this day and age it was refreshing to find a company and group of people who were not only knowledgable but "user friendly". Bless them . Thank you for turning an acccident into a positive experience :-)
