From the time I went in to receive an estimate to the time I picked it up and drove off the lot, Gerber was honest and professional. My service advisor, Tim, went over options with me since this was a self pay repair. They kept me informed every step of the way and my car was finished when they promised it would be ready. I was extremely pleased with the repair, the car came out great and I would highly recommend them. I hope this won't be the case but if I ever need collision/body repair again, I would defiantly use them again!

Staff notified me that damage repair would take several more days due to unforeseen damage. This notification was critical as this is a fleet vehicle and used for business purposes. Repair was flawless. Staff was courteous and professional as always.

Chevy Malibu was "keyed" from the passenger side front panel - through both front & passenger doors - and back panel..!@#$%&*%$# Derek and staff were GREAT!!! From the moment we walked into Gerber - Clermont, we felt so at ease about their working to remove and repaint our Malibu. Derek reviewed completed repaint with us, advising what/when we could wash, etc. this area. Gerber - Clermont also washed/vacuumed Malibu and it LOOKS GREAT!!!! Thank you Gerber/Clermont - we will send all our friends needing this type of work to Gerber!!!!

Everyone was courteous, polite, and knowledgeable. Alan M. was a kind and efficient Estimator. He explained the whole process to me before hand and showed me all the work that had been done to repair my car. They even replaced a headlight bulb that had gone out way before the accident. Car was washed and cleaned inside when I picked it up yesterday. Great Service

Our 1966 Pontiac was severely damaged on the right rear quarter panel. The white paint on the car is over 40 years old. Not only does the bodywork make the panel look like new, the paint match is wonderful. The personnel at the front desk, the estimator and the body man were both courteous and professional.
