What a great group of people! I had two collisions, back to back, and the people at Forsyth Rd. Gerber took superb care of me. for both. incidents. Carlos did a quick appraisal and my Honda was repaired beautifully. Even the Sheriff's deputy who was assigned to the collision told me my SUV had a beautiful paint job! Yaira was sweet, comforting and efficient, and she even gave me lunch! THANKS to the whole group at Gerber, Forsyth Rd. I would trust them with my car anytime!! ????

I was more than thrilled with the repair work done on my 2016 RAV 4. I was also very pleased with the specificity of the invoice and the description of everything that was done. Furthermore, I greatly appreciated the professionalism and regular updates from Dave and the ladies in the office (forgive me for not getting everyone's names, you are no less important to the efficiency of the daily operations.) Finally, I was pleasantly surprised with the guarantee coverage, and even the last minute touch up of a tiny (emphasis on tiny) scratch without disputing whether it may have been there previously or not. Thank you all ever so much! I would most definitely return if the need ever arises (though honestly, I hope that it doesn't,) & will certainly refer anyone else in need!

Great customer service. Even when there was a small error with the wheels they made it right immediately and Josh the adjuster personally torqued the lug nuts himself! Will be by #1 choice in the future. Hopefully I'll never have to....but there are many poor drivers on the road today.

Job well done. Interactions with service personnel found them to be very informative and helpful especially Shawn G. who was a pleasure to talk to. In future if I there is a need to recommend to my friends a repair establishment. Gerber at 850 E, Hibiscus Blvd would be the one.
