I have visited this Gerber location twice in the last twelve months for fender scrapes that left ugly paint marks from another object or car on my left front fender. Both times the GM, most recently Francisco A. met with me, evaluated the damage and gave me superior service. After each visit and buffing of the paint marks my car looked like it was brand new. Francisco's affable and professional demeanor and personality are a credit to Gerber Collision and Glass and I would highly recommend them for any collision or glass service you may need. Their the best I have ever dealt with!

I have utilized Gerber several times, and have always been happy with the service. My most recent experience shows their commitment to both quality and customer satisfaction. I was quoted a price to repair a crease in the door of my 2012 VW. Upon picking up the vehicle my wife was a bit unhappy with the blending of the paint. They repainted the area and extended the paint area in order to blend the paint better. The job was done in an excellent manner. JEFF, who managed the repair kept me informed every couple of days. He did not argue with my my wife's disappointment , and agreed to do whatever was needed to make it right. To do it correctly involved more labor and supplies than initially quoted, and I was not charged any additional. Great work, great service, and I always trust 5heir evaluations.

I was very satisfied with the repair on my 2015 Sentra. It looks perfect, you can not tell by looking where the damage had been. Everyone employee I talked to was very friendly and helpful. I was kept informed of the progress being made on the repair regularly and my car was ready one day before their original estimate of having it finished. I will recommend GerberCollision and Glass of Apopka to anyone I know who is looking for this type of service.

Our two month old 2018 Kia Sedona was vandalized on a recent trip to NYC. They took an ice pick like tool and keyed it from passenger to drivers side and punctured the two left side tires. We took it to Gerber Collision, not only did they do what they promised they were going to do, which was make it brand new again, they made us feel reassured and they were compassionate towards our situation. Too many times you find yourself dealing people that are cold and jaded. This was not the case at Gerber. Mike S. talked us through the process the whole time. Very professional. Thank you Gerber!
