Just wanted to post a note after this repair. Ferber also took care of my auto collision repair last year. This year they fixed my wife's Toyota. With both repairs the service was fast and professional. Timely updates were provided. The work was beautifully done. At the office the staff was always extremely friendly and helpful. The staff at Gerber made me feel comfortable from day 1. Derek H the estimator explained the procedure and the time frame for the repair. I got regular phone updates on the progress of the repair which was a plus. My car was completed in the time frame that was promised and I am very happy with the end product. Great Customer Service and a repair job well done!!! I would not hesitate to recommend Gerber Collision to anyone that needs vehicular repair.
