FL - 135 Palmetto Ave, Merritt Island - 5/21/18

My SUV was backed into and my front bumper needed to be replaced. Gerber was chosen by the insurance company of the person who hit my car. They did everything - it was like being in a luxury hotel. They contacted the rental car company to come get me when I dropped off my SUV for repair. I had it back in 4 days and they even took the rental car back for me so I could do the exchange on my lunch break. They had my SUV waiting under protection from the inclement weather. All I had to do was sign some papers! My SUV looks great and my experience was great. I am very pleased and impressed. I will highly recommend them and will go to them on my own from now on. Thank you Gerber and Jared. :)

Staff was courteous and professional. Very helpful. I had collision repair on back bumper. Looked like new when completed. Actual price was a little less than original estimate. Also washed and vacuumed the car. Would definitely recommend.

All I can say is wow! I am so very happy with the service I received at Gerber Collision located at 1340 Cassat Ave. Jacksonville, Florida. The staff was amazing and very knowledgeable. The repair on my vehicle was done quickly but with high quality workmanship. My vehicle looked amazing when I picked it up. I was very happy with the repair and service. Anthony T. Sr. was my Estimator. Anthony is very friendly and you can tell Anthony loves his job. Anthony kept me informed through every step of the repair and he truly cares about the customer. I will definitely use Gerber Collision again in the future if needed and I will recommended Gerber Collision to my friends and family.

Tony was my Estimator and handled my check in. I did not get the name of the girl at the desk but she was also most helpful and pleasant. Bryan helped me when I picked up the car. My interaction with all 3 of the employees was superior. I would recommend the service to others.

The staff was so helpful even offered to take me home when I left my car which they did not have to do, but so nice they offered. Keep up the good work.

I have visited this Gerber location twice in the last twelve months for fender scrapes that left ugly paint marks from another object or car on my left front fender. Both times the GM, most recently Francisco A. met with me, evaluated the damage and gave me superior service. After each visit and buffing of the paint marks my car looked like it was brand new. Francisco's affable and professional demeanor and personality are a credit to Gerber Collision and Glass and I would highly recommend them for any collision or glass service you may need. Their the best I have ever dealt with!

I have utilized Gerber several times, and have always been happy with the service. My most recent experience shows their commitment to both quality and customer satisfaction. I was quoted a price to repair a crease in the door of my 2012 VW. Upon picking up the vehicle my wife was a bit unhappy with the blending of the paint. They repainted the area and extended the paint area in order to blend the paint better. The job was done in an excellent manner. JEFF, who managed the repair kept me informed every couple of days. He did not argue with my my wife's disappointment , and agreed to do whatever was needed to make it right. To do it correctly involved more labor and supplies than initially quoted, and I was not charged any additional. Great work, great service, and I always trust 5heir evaluations.
