Submitting this for my mom who doesn't have a computer. Mom has a 2000 Grand Marquis and the rear driver's side window needed a new regulator/motor as it was no longer working. Bob and Jean were terrific and ordered the part for her and had the job done in short order. They took great care of her in a very courteous and professional manner and as she is 88 years old, they were also very patient and understanding. Won't hesitate to recommend these folks to others.

I dealt with Chris from start to finish and could not have been happier. He was very courteous and professional all the way. Everything went as he said it would. In fact, it was ready for pickup a little sooner that I had expected. The body work could not have been done better and the car was returned to me very clean inside & outside which I did not expect. Absolutely Amazed with their work! Their customer service was excellent and they completed everything efficiently and in a timely manner. I was in a hit an run accident and they had my car ready in less the time expected and kept me posted at all times of the process. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.
