Absolutely AMAZING job done on my car. The first body shop did a terrible job BOTH times. Gerber cleaned up the mess of the previous shop and blew them out of the water. Thank you to the ENTIRE staff and most importantly thank you to Bobby for the outstanding customer service. Keeping in contact and letting me know what was going on. You told me I would love it when you were done and I sure did. So thank you and staff again. I would highly recommend Gerber to anyone.

My car needed a completed rear bumper after a fender bender. Gerber not only provided me with the bumper but matched the paint perfectly and had it all complete in 1 day!!!! Great job guys and girls!!!!

The kept me up to date with updates on my repairs on Tuesday and Thursday of each week and walked me thru my next steps. I just picked up my car today and looks fabulous. No one would know that it was involved in any accident

I am a returning customer. Once again, the team was terrific. The online scheduling tool was very convenient. Justin, my Estimator, saw me quickly, prepared a fair quote for me, and walked me through it. I accepted the offer and they completed my repair before their scheduled deadline. Justin shared a few before/after photos as well, which I truly appreciated. Great work and excellent service and I will return (if I need service again) and am happy to highly recommend.

i arrived 10 minutes early . I was greeted by the Estimator is was Dulce D. I did ask a lot of Questions about what are they to be going. She explained things clearly for me to understand. She was very helpful and knowledgeable with the position. I picked the car up the next morning. The bumper was looked beautiful. l would most definitely recommend Gerber Collision & Glass Great job Dulce and Nick awesome service.

I was so impressed with the service I experienced with Gerber Collision. From the time I originally came in to drop my vehicle off for repairs, the staff were so welcoming and thorough with details of the process that were to come. It was so reassuring to be updated via text and calls about the steps that were taking place, and when my vehicle would be available for pick up. Hector did a fantastic job at keeping me informed through the entire process. He made it easy for me! I would also like to express how extremely grateful I am for the cleanliness of my vehicle, inside and out! On top of just experiencing a collision, when I was driving to Gerber, my child got sick and vomited in my vehicle. This is extremely rare, so when it happened, I was in disbelief and a little embarrassed that I was about to leave my vehicle with Gerber, ... smelling like vomit. I cleaned everything as best I could, but the smell was still there. (The staff even offered their assistance, but I declined, of course) On the drive back to retrieve my vehicle, I dreaded the thought of the smell of vomit that I knew was stewing in the Florida sun for a week. I was in total shock when I opened my vehicle's door and everything was spotless! It smelled so clean and refreshing, I was in disbelief. I might have been happier about that than the actual repair itself. (LOL) I appreciate the staff and service at Gerber of Clermont. This experience was quick and painless... Excellent customer service Mr. Carlos C. was the first person to help me check the damage on my vehicle and he was very courteous and attentive at all times, just like the person who is at the front desk, very friendly in general, they are all very kind I recommend 100% my vehicle is new again thanks to all and God bless you.

I can't say enough about this Gerber Collision. Thank you to Jason W., Paolo and Denise! Paolo and Denise were so great. They were so kind and cheery every time I walked into the shop. I forgot a few items in my car that I needed to bring back home with me. Paolo offered me a bag to put my belongings in. They explained everything in detail and gave me "after care" instructions for my vehicle. They were HONEST! This is the first shop where I did NOT feel like I was being taken advantage of. I will send all of my friends and family here. 5 stars! Thank you!
