Tom S. did an excellent job taking care of my car! He was fast, efficient and has great customer service skills. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Listened and responded to every question and concern I had. I really appreciate Tom and Gerber collision for the time, work and effort they put in to get me back on the road as soon as possible. My experience here was great. After being rear ended at a stop light, the other drivers insurance company sent me here. They were prompt and professionally courteous at the first appointment. After seeing the damage inside my bumper they bent over backwards to make things right. The car looks great, repairs were done in a timely manner, I feel safer having had the repair and they couldn't have been a more professional or nice group of people.

I had an amazing experience with Gerber Collision & Glass. I was in an auto accident where I got hit, and the other drivers insurance is contracted w/ this facility to have warranty for repair. They sent over all of my information and Gerber called me within a day to set up an appointment. They were able to work with my schedule, and got me in as soon as it worked for both of us and the claims adjuster for the insurance company. The lady at the Front Desk was very helpful, and my claims adjuster, Shelly was AMAZING!!!!! I got text messages 2x a week w/ status updates as well as phone calls & knew the status of my repairs as they were happening.
