My daughter had a minor accident in her 2017 Jeep Wrangler, I brought it to Gerber on Semoran Blvd in Orlando. I must tell you I was very pleased with the customer service the repair work and the communication. My must also mention how great it was working with Antonio, he made the whole night mare of this accident much easier to deal with. Great Job by Antonio and if I every require any body work again he will get my business because he earned it.

She met with me and went over everything regarding the repair estimate and the actual repairs performed. She kept me apprised of the status of the repair and returned my phone calls and answered my question promptly. Gerber did an excellent job repairing my car.

I wanted to give some praise and appreciation for the work and the professionalism that Gerber treated me with for the repair of my Toyota Tundra. I immediately knew I was in the right place when my Tundra was rear ended and needed some serious work done. The way i was treated throughout the entire process was amazing. They kept me well informed, answered all of my questions and did amazing work. I picked up my Truck Friday nite and she looks beautiful! Incredible customer service! Extremely responsive from beginning to end. Excellent repair work, and it was completed two days faster than estimated. Hopefully I won't need collision work on my car in the future, but if I do, I'll bring my car back to Gerber Collision & Glass.

Traveling from Florida to our home in South Carolina we, along with several other cars, ran over something in the road on I95. We sat on the interstate for 4 hours waiting for a response from our insurance company. When we were finally towed to Gerber the ladies in the office(Michele & Tessa) provided a restroom, cold water, sympathy, a call to a rental car company, advice on accommodations and restaurants along with directions. Curtis gave our car a thorough inspection and a preliminary estimate. He worked hard to speed up the process knowing that we were from out of the area. These three people treated us (two seniors) like family and we are very grateful to them for their caring and their work.
