I brought my car back after they had repaired it almost a year ago. When I went in and told them that I needed them to correct an item that was not to my satisfaction the manager came out looked at the car and immediately gave me a date to bring it in fix the problem. The General manage Scott was very nice and professional I really appreciate the out come and the manager was a gentleman aboout it all.

Done right, on time. Estimator Tom S. was great. He helped me out and was very knowledgeable and friendly. Good man. Since my wife had eye surgery and could not drive he arranged to take me home and picked me up. I really appreciate what Tom did for me.

EXCELLENT service/repair. Damage from a rear-end accident brought me to Gerber for an estimate and we scheduled an appointment for repair. They were able to get my car in earlier than scheduled and the repair was done earlier than estimated. VERY happy with the results, will use again if I need car repairs. Their courteous and efficient staff, kept me updated on the progress of my repair. Their professionalism makes it easy to recommend them to anyone needing vehicle service/repair.

The work was super fast, the repair looks perfect, all the employees were great especially Kelly who stayed a few minutes after they closed so I could make it there In time which saved me an extra day on my car rental and she was very kind about it. Hopefully I wont be back, but if I do I'll choose Gerber. Kelly was great! please thank her.

These are just the nicest humans!! They took a super stressful situation and made it easily solvable and even pleasant. Everyone there is so nice, but Kelley especially is a freakin' queen. I cried on the phone to her more than once and she was kind, calming, and went above and beyond to help me. She deserves all the high fives and hugs and rounds of beer. And on top of everything else, they were quick and efficient with my car. It looks like new; I don't know what kind of magic they've got going on there, but it worked wonders. This place is the best and I'm so grateful I got to meet such sweet people, even if it meant my car had to get squished in order for that to happen. The universe works in mysterious ways! 5 stars, I would do more if I could. Y'all are the best.
