FL - 12791 Metro Pkwy, Fort Myers - 11/3/21

Had hurricane damage repaired by Gerber collision in Louisiana several weeks ago, and they did a great job. But in driving home to Fort Myers from there, had a couple of minor issues pop up. Brought my SUV in to Gerber on Metro Pkwy and was helped initially by two very nice ladies at the front counter, and then was turned over to Ian. He took care of the problem immediately and a half hour later, I was on my way home. He turned a problem into a smile. Thanks, Ian, and thank you Gerbers, both here in Fort Myers and also in Louisiana where my original repairs were made. I'm very grateful. Sincerely, J. Morales

The entire staff was very polite and professional. I really appreciate Jonathan. He went above and beyond to make my experience even better. I had one side damage to the front of my car so I asked Jonathan what can I use to clean the other side without damage because it was dingy. He asked if I had a few minutes and he restored my light. My car was washed and cleaned. I was very satisfied with my experience. Gerber did a great job and I will highly recommend them anytime and anyone.

Dropped my car off on Monday morningfor bumper and headlight repair and it was ready by Wednesday morning. They did a fantastic job. Fast friendly service. I would definitely go there again if needed. Plus they have a relationship with Enterprise rental so I was able to return my rental with them. This was a great experience!

Kelly was fantastic from start to finish. The shop did not sugar coat anything, up front and honest. My Jeep was finished a week ahead of time which was nice to get my whip back. They used OEM parts which is a bonus when fixing a vehicle. They also provide a lifetime warranty on their work/workmanship. I would use this shop for any cosmetic repairs or glass work even if it was not covered by insurance. Thanks and Kudos to Kelly and their entire staff. v/r SARGE
