I was in an accident and my car was towed to Gerber Collision. I was amazed by services I received there. They were on top of their game and kept me updated on the progress of my car. They handled an extension on my rental. This is a family place to get your vehicle repaired., like it used to be a long time ago. I would recommend Gerber to anyone.

I took my car to the Gerber Collision and Glass in St. Cloud, FL for damage repair. Jeff Berry walked me through the process. He was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He even coordinated with Enterprise car rental to schedule onsite transportation. Jeff made the process so easy and his team at Gerber was great. Jeff gave me continuos updates until my car was finished. Gerber did amazing work to my car and I appreciate their hard work and care of my car. Thank you Gerber and Geico!

Anthony D. and the team of artists at Gerber Collision (12791 Metro Pkwy Fort Myers, FL) were able to take an aggravating situation, with the potential to turn into a months long saga, and complete the repairs in less than 3 weeks. Considering the current supply chain issues, parts shortages and that its season in Southwest Florida, which means the body shops are swamped with damaged vehicles. My 2011 Honda Accord had some previous chips and scrapes on the bumper, so Anthony graciously offered me the opportunity to pay out of pocket to have it painted, and it looks great! Lastly they restriped my pinstripe and filled in a small rust spot on the hood with a clear coat, which they didn't have to do. This was the first time I filed a claim against another driver, and I have to say The Hartford and Gerber Collision handled it the right way.

They are great. No one likes it when their car needs to go to the collision shop. But these folks did exactly what they said they would do, ahead of schedule with a job so good you cannot tell it was in an accident. My customer service guy (Colin) explained the process in the beginning and followed through until the job was completed . I would highly recommend them if you need auto body work.
