Gerber on Atlantic Blvd. is my absolute go-to for collision repair. I've had several repairs done here and have been completely satisfied every single time. The entire staff is exceptionally professional, friendly, and accommodating. The manager, Chad, does a fantastic job of ensuring the entire process is streamlined and seamless. They truly leave no stone unturned, even going as far as facilitating rental cars and rides to make the experience as painless as possible. I want to give Gerber and Estimator, David R. , a big thank you!!! I came in to have an estimate made on my damaged exterior mirror on the passage side of my Acura MDX. He did not give me an estimate but actually repaired it on the spot for NO CHARGE!!! My Acura dealership gave me an estimate of $1702.98 to replace the total mirror and support housing!!! David just carefully snapped the mirror and it's inter workings back into place and ALL IS WELL AGAIN!!! Thank you David and Gerber!!! You are highly recommended!!!!!

I was thoroughly impressed by the professionalism demonstrated by Rebecca, my estimator at Gerber Collision & Glass, throughout the repair process for my vehicle. The team communicated clearly regarding the status of my repairs and timelines. Rebecca paid close attention to ensuring that the correct replacement parts were sourced for my 2007 Nissan Frontier. The front desk staff were outstanding in coordinating a rental vehicle with both me and my insurance company. The body shop maintained an exceptional level of organization, cleanliness, and competence. I am happy to recommend their business to others; my overall experience was excellent. Gerber Collision even provided auto detailing on my vehicle, addressed a dashboard warning light, and checked tire pressure and filled with air my tires! Most importantly, they were ... straightforward about pricing, which was fair and disclosed immediately, despite my repairs being covered by another insurer. Got new truck delivered with top rail of bed liner ripped off in transit, doing some damage to the body. Covered by the dealer (carvana) but was told to take it to Gerber. April took charge and ordered the part. Dropped my truck and 3 hours later she was calling me letting me know it was done and ready to pick up. Good as new. Couldn't be happier with April and the whole Gerber process. 5 stars for the whole team.

I had my car repaired. Joe followed up with me after the fact. I explained that I noticed an area of damage with the pull handle on my liftgate that I hadn't noticed prior to bringing it in. He graciously offered to order the part, & install it free of charge. I, very much, appreciated that! Excellent customer service. They really care.
