We had a great experience with this company! The communication and personnel (Kelly Ford) were Outstanding!! We were kept informed of each step of the progress with texts and phone calls! No guessing about what was going on! The car was completed a week prior to what was expected! Gerber is an awesome shop to work with! A terrific experiemce after a bad accident . The crew at Gerber was so friendly, kind, empathetic and did an awesme job on the repairs ! Cassidie the Estimater folloiwed and updated twice a week for what was being done and delivery time, which ended up days ahead of schedule . Paige at the Front Desk was happy and focused on enusring I was happy and got me out quickly . Great job on the car ! Gerber Collision and Glass were extremely professional and courteous when it came to helping me navigate body work for my car from an accident. They made it seamless and so easy. I went for an estimate and scheduled repair for the following week. They estimated it would take a week and it took less time. I'm extremely satisfied with the work they completed. I wanted to take a moment to share my wonderful experience with Gerber Collision & Glass. When I first went in to get an estimate, the ladies at the front desk were incredibly welcoming and had someone available to speak with me within just a few minutes. After showing them the damages to my vehicle, I received an estimate within 20 minutes, which was impressively quick. Out of the three estimates I received, I decided to go with Gerber. When I brought my car in for repair, they arranged for my rental car company to pick me up, making the entire process seamless. I was even able to leave the rental car at Gerber when I picked up my completed vehicle, they also worked directly with my insurance company which was extremely convenient.
