I have had so many bad experiences with Collision shops that I find it hard to trust any of them. Will at Gerber has just put that trust back into my experience. I received a text message almost immediately on the next step and where they were. The communication the company had was superior to anything I had delt with in my past with companies. I owe you a bit of gratitude on completing the job on time, customer service, pricing and kindness. Shout out to Will on Pensacola Blvd, Pensacola Fl. Awesomeness!

My car looks brand new! Bryan was wonderful to work with from start to finish. He was especially great at communicating updates to me via text. This was a no-stress situation all the way until I received my repaired vehicle and Gerber returned my rental for me. Thanks!

I had a great experience with Gerber Collision. They replaced the rear bumper on my vehicle after it was damaged in an accident, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and communicative. They kept me updated throughout the repair, so I always knew what was happening and when to expect my vehicle back. The quality of the work was exceptional. The new bumper fits perfectly, the paint matches flawlessly, and my truck looks like the accident never happened. I couldn't be happier with the results. I highly recommend Gerber Collision to anyone looking for quality repairs and outstanding customer service. Thank you for making a stressful situation so easy!
