I would first like to say that the overall impression that I got and interaction that I had more than met my expectations. The factor was there and all aspects of my interaction. The ladies at the desk or very helpful courteous and professional. Dealing with Anthony as the initial contact for appraisal and follow up through the entire process was one of the most professional people that I've dealt with in any business. I appreciate the extra time he took to correct an issue that appeared after I had picked the car up a week later that was actually a result of the accident that didn't show up until the end. He was able to resolve this issue within 2 days. I would gladly and strongly recommend this location and the individuals associated with it included the general manager and Anthony and the young ladies at the front desk.
