This collision facility is wonderful. The staff was greeted me with warm and friendly smiles, front desk clerk was extremely nice and helpful she broke down the cost and repairs in terms that I understood, they also contacted me with updated information from start to finish of repairs, they went above and beyond to paint my mirror even though it was not part of the repairs. Gerber on southwest highway deserves to be honored for the excellent service that was provided to me, I highly recommend them to everyone. This was the first pleasant experience I've encountered at any auto service dept. Orlando and his team were super accommodating. I am headed out of town and was so worried about my car not being finished before I left. Orlando was very reassuring and explained everything in understood detail and made sure he had my car done before I went out of town! Luigi who I learned is a legit bicyclist with beautiful bicycles he showed me is who did the repairs. We were running late but somehow were involved in everyone who was still working when we arrived. The process was very easy, my car was washed inside and out. The work ethic is on point. We even got to embrace and share in the joy of the gentleman who was raving in excitement of his child's birth the following day. This was not a body shop this was a family friendly professional atmosphere ... where my car was being properly taken care of and I appreciate that and everyone who helped. read more

After a road trip I couldn't open the back door of my 2006 RAV4. There is no visible inside release. Alex offered to have his staff attempt to remove the inside door cover to diagnose the problem. Fortunately they were successful and discovered a small piece of plastic that was blocking the lock release. What might have been a $500 door replacement was instead a 15-minute fix. Honesty, integrity and problem solving is hard to find these days. Alex C. is exceptional in providing that kind of customer service. It's a pleasure to give Alex and his business 5 Stars and to refer him.
