The repair on quarter panel and bumper looks great and Chris Freihaut is pleasant, knowledgeable, responsive, and the antidote to the crude, stupid, and incompetent "customer service" I too often encounter. Plus, Chris has a cool hairdo. (I should add that Chris managed to get the car finished within one week, and the shop was busy). I have no hesitation recommending this shop, especially if you get to deal with Chris (I don't mean to diss any other claims agents there, it's just that I have no experience with them). Excellent in estimating, courtesy, and workmanship. Our insurance is Allstate, but State Farm was the company of the insured who damaged our car. Gerber arranged with Enterprise car rental for our use of a rental car. Very helpful.

Matt and his crew deserve 10 STARS. We had to get repaired fast since we were going out of town. I stopped buy on 06-03 2021 to check out Gerber Body. I had also stopped at other shops. Matt H. of Gerber is the only Shop Manager that offered advice and PRECHECKED my cars damage. He asked if I had a few minutes to spare. After a short wait Matt came back and said he could have me back on the road by 06-09-2010 at the end of business day. The shop kept in touch with use daily give progress -update. Our vehicle was ready hours ahead of schedule, and the repairs are "EXCELLENT".

This branch is amazing! We took our 2017 Range Rover over a year ago and dealt with Preston. Smart young man. He was also very nice and wonderful to deal with. Last week, I took my son's car for a hood repair and dealt with Preston again. He was very pleasant and once again amazing knowledge of his craft. I would be remiss if I didn't mention the wonderful lady at the reception desk name Nicole. She's very patient with me over the phone no matter how many times I called. We hope we don't have to deal with repairs again, but in case we do (knock on wood) GERBER Collision and Repair in South Hill Spokane, WA is the place to go.
