I have been to this location on several times. The service is always top of the line. The staff is professional an friendly. They are about helping customers and not about beating them. I went for an estimate on Thursday about replacing my driver side door handle.. Carlos looked at the door handle and said to me i did not need a handle, i only needed the piece that fit next to the door handle. Carlos told me come back the next day with the part and he would fix it free of charge, and he did. I had gone to another body shop before going to Carlos for an estimate and the body shop there, gave me an estimate of $200.00 plus dollars, which included replacing the door knob. If you want honest service go to Gerber. You can trust what Gerber tell you..

Very smooth and quick process with excellent communication. Quick for an estimate, quick to get the vehicle in and quick to have the repairs completed. Vehicle looks phenomenal, was warned there may be some paint discoloration between the repaired area and the original paint, however it blends in seamlessly and can't even tell any repairs were made on it.

They treat you right! This is my second time there. Just for kicks went to Caliber for an estimate and it was higher. But also I have to admit, Daniel at Gerber was more professional and personable. I don't think they even know how to treat their customers poorly. Totally recommend Gerber in Monroe NC every time.
