I normally don't do Surveys. Just wanted to take the time to tell you my story. I had a gravel truck unload in front of me on the freeway. There was so much rock damage to the front of my car and broken windshield.. I had no choice but to file a claim...So I took it to Gerber collision.. David M. took care of me well. ..Great customer service.. I was upfront with David of my expectation and trust me they are high. Even though I'm a grouch ,David always remained calm. Since I also work in Collision repairs ..... Human Collision Center.. (aka ) Surgery department. So you can imagine my attitude.... Gerber took longer than promised .. I was furious but David did a good job dealing with me and cooling me down.. But let me tell you it was all forgotten when I saw my car . Like I always say at work , don't rush perfection.. Absolutely incredible service! They texted me with updates and called to let me know when car would be ready. When they said a time they would call, they called and when they said the car would be ready, it was. They did a great job! It looks like new. They even washed it, cleaned the interior and put tire shine on the tires. They really are an excellent company to work with.

My car looks like new after the body work was done. Brad and Cory assisted in scheduling the rental car and communicating the repair process with me so I knew when it was ready for pickup. Having a damaged car is never a good experience, but having it repaired at this shop was a great experience. Highly recommended.

Everyone at Gerber treated me great from start to finish. It took them less than 2 days to complete the repairs on the back end of my SUV that someone swiped on the expressway. They also washed my car and cleaned the inside as well. 5 Stars!

We had an excellent experience getting our Honda CRV fixed. I found the entire Gerber staff to be friendly and professional. I received text message updates throughout the repair process as well as phone calls from our estimator, Jamel, verbally describing the current status. Jamel went above and beyond in my opinion to make this a positive experience for us. I came to Gerber due to a negative experience with another auto body company in Austin. Gerber will be my obvious first choice for any future repairs and I highly recommend, especially the location in Pflugerville, TX.
