I received text message updates throughout the repair process as well as phone calls from our estimator, Jamel, verbally describing the current status. Jamel went above and beyond in my opinion to make this a positive experience for us. I came to Gerber due to a negative experience with another auto body company in Austin. Gerber will be my obvious first choice for any future repairs and I highly recommend, especially the location in Pflugerville, TX.

My 2013 Kia Sorento was damaged due to an attempted break in. The passenger side back door handle was pulled away from the door panel. The door couldn't be opened from the outside. How awful, especially during this time because I was helping out with transporting my 4 grandchildren. My insurance company referred me to Gerber Collision on Miami Boulevard in Durham, NC. This was my first time ever using Gerber and I have never been happier! The service I received was superb from start to finish. My wait time to be assisted upon entering the facility was not long. Gus took my information and then Robert checked my car in. The staff made me feel comfortable and at ease. I was kept updated on the progress of my vehicle's service and was only without my vehicle for only 2 and half days. I will be referring Gerber to others.
