I had a great experience at Gerber Collision and Glass. Everyone there gave me top grade service. Al, the general manager, took time to answer all of my questions and show everything step by step. He also understood my personal needs and made dropping off my car and bringing it home very easy. Angie, at the front desk, knows her job very well. She is a breath of fresh air and very easy to talk to. When I picked up my car, Tom was there to show and explain everything that was done. He was also very polite and understanding and he had the car waiting by the front door. My experience with all of the staff at Gerber Collision and Glass is that they treat you like you are part of their family.

Was unfortunate enough to have a buck jump on the hood of my Nissian Rouge. Fortunately heard Gerber collision does great work. I have to say you guys did not disappoint! I got constant updates on what was going on. Couldn't be happier with the gentleman that works up front. (Jerry?) Who helped get things figured out asap when there was a hiccup. And Abigail was helpful as well. All in all took less than 2 weeks and that was only because of the 4th of July. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Tom was wonderful! I had a aftermarket radio installed in my car with a backup camera. I was very ignorant about how to use it. I am very impressed with the quality of work installing this radio, but did not know how to use it. Tom went over and beyond what I expected. He helped me learn how to use it and never acted like I was bothering him. He spent time with me in the car showing me how to use the radio. Because of Gerber and Tom I now am loving my new radio. I am so happy that I decided to get this install and especially happy to have the service that Tom provided to me. Thank you Garber and especially, Tom, the accessory service person.
