The entire team did a fantastic job. We had a windshield replaced and had what we believed was concrete spatter on the passenger's side of the truck. The windshield replacement was quick, but the spatter was quite a challenge. The team pulled out all the stops and did absolutely everything they could think of. Although quite a challenge, the result was excellent! The team did great. I highly recommend them. They have earned all my future business!!

My car was involved in a hit-and-run. I have never been in an accident in LV before so I had no idea where to take my car. Geico had Gerber on the list of suggested companies. I made the appointment online, Check 1 - this was a plus, then easy in and out when dropping the car off, another check on my list of positives. I was told it would take approx 5-10 days depending on the availability of parts. I was called in "3 Days"!!! that my car was ready. Truly amazing. I worked with James who was professional and informative to work with. I know how hard it is to color match, but the paint was 100% match. I cannot tell the difference in the trunk and bumper which had to be painted. Again another check off my list of positives. However, when I got into my car the next morning it would not start and my rear light was out. I can assure ... you most companies would have told me sorry, it's your battery, not our issue. But No, The Manager Danny called me back personally to arrange to have his employee come to my house to jumpstart my car and drove it down to the shop. It was in-fact the battery. Did they send me away to go find a new battery elsewhere (since they are not a mechanic shop) NO! They made all arrangements to get a new battery and lightbulb for my car! I have to say this company, especially the professionalism and care of the manager Danny exceeded my expectations and went above and beyond what was their obligation to me. I can't thank them enough for making this whole experience easy and appreciate all they have done! Thank you, thank you, thank you to the entire Gerber team. read more

NY - 2562 NYS Rt 332, Canandaigua - 7/28/21

My experience today with Gerber Collision, specifically the very friendly woman at the front desk and, especially an employee named Hannah, was phenomenal. I simply stopped in to see if someone could give me an idea of what kind of awful scratch was on my back passenger door that occurred sometime between yesterday evening parked at my home and this morning in the DMV parking lot. I am quite diligent about checking my truck when taking it anywhere. However, did not upon coming home this morning until getting the mail. Instead of setting up an appointment, Hannah who was waiting on an appointment of her own to come in... offered to come out and look at my truck. She was without answer as to what it could be as was I. I was torn up inside as this is a beautiful "new" to us Yukon XL Denali that we traveled 16 hrs round trip to get. ... We work hard to take good care of it. She then asked to take it into their paint shop and I said yes. Not ten minutes later she returned with my beautiful truck good as new. Scratch was pretty much completely gone for the eye to see. I forget what she said they put on it, paint thinner possibly. I was so happy and thankful that's all I could focus on. I will always come back to this place! That is how you treat customers. My being there benefited them in no way and yet they went above and beyond to get me in and to do whatever was done to make it " new" again! We recently had an accident the agent that started our file left Gerber in the middle of the job. Sammy took over the file that was a complete & udder nightmare. We had 7 days of complete chaos & miscommunication. I had previously worked with Joshua at that location I went in & explained the situation. He immediately took over, appologized & assured me that my I will never return attitude would be gone before we were finished. Guess what? He was right. My car ia fixed looks brand new & I am singing his praises everywhere anyone will listen. So if you have any needs for thier services please go see Joshua he is the BEST around. I had a great experience at Gerber Collision and Glass. Everyone there gave me top grade service. Al, the general manager, took time to answer all of my questions and show everything step by step. He also understood my personal needs and made dropping off my car and bringing it home very easy. Angie, at the front desk, knows her job very well. She is a breath of fresh air and very easy to talk to. When I picked up my car, Tom was there to show and explain everything that was done. He was also very polite and understanding and he had the car waiting by the front door. My experience with all of the staff at Gerber Collision and Glass is that they treat you like you are part of their family.
