They were very helpful when my insurance company had messed up my appointment, and made sure I was taken care of right away even though they didn't take appointments after 4:30. If you guys are looking to have your car fixed quickly and done right the first time this is the place to go. Amanda Parker is outstanding. She helped me along the way with the whole process and made sure that I was taken care of quickly and at the top of her list.

My van needed lots of work done and all of the repair shops were busy including Gerber of Lacey, WA. But Mike agreed to accept my vehicle on the first day that he made an assessment. My insurance had a limit of $1,000 for a rental and Gerber covered the costs for several days after my insurance ran out. Mike also managed to get everything done by working with the detailing shop to complete the interior (as they too were very busy due to the Corona Virus situation limiting work flow). Gerber has high standards and went the extra mile to meet my needs. The front desk was also very helpful and very friendly and so that also made the entire experience even better. Gerber's location is also very handy and convenient as the rental car service is only across the street! Simple to pick-up and return with out having to get a ride. I've used Gerber Collision in Rocky Mount NC on another claim but today I must say their service was above the rest. Yes, I had hit a mail box and messed up rear panel on my Lexus. I wasn't looking forward to being without my car to have repairs done with Allstate claim. Amanda came out to check damages for estimate a few minutes after I arrived She was very professional and asked I go back inside. It was super Hot. Anyway with her miracle tonic and clothe she removed paint from my car. What I thought was gonna be replacing rear side panel was only surface damage and Amanda spotted it dead on the money. I can't say thank you enough. What beautiful work these guys did. My car looks better than it did brand new. Along with the collision damage being fixed, THEY WASHED MY CAR & EVEN CLEANED THE INSIDE! I literally have not had time to clean the inside, it means a lot they went that extra mile. Barb, the receptionist in office, absolutely amazing. Worked so well with us, she was so caring & accommodating. I never even saw her in person, yet the service was incredible. Big shout out to the gentleman who was there at 8am on a Monday & 5:30 on Friday for pick up. My car was estimated to take 7 days (no biggie) but it only took 5! I was recommended here by a FEW people, and yup, everyone was right. Amazing business, you guys should be really proud. Will be coming back for any other car damages. Northville location, YOU ARE AMAZING.
