Great service, great communication. There was a hiccup in which one part needed for my repair were on backorder for months (related to a backup with the suppliers and completely unrelated to Gerber and a situation out of their control). Throughout the whole process, Gerber collision gave me regular biweekly updates on the status of my repair and responded to all my calls and questions in a prompt manner. They were also flexible with my request to pull the car out while waiting for the last part to arrive and they dealt with my frustration (what should've taken 1wk ended up dragging out for 1.5 months) with grace and professionalism. They did an excellent repair and my car looked like new when the job was completed. Would definitely recommend them to family and friends.
