The unfortunate part was having our family vehicle get smashed, the best part was taking the vehicle in not knowing the outcome and repairs, I was amazed at the incredible job done in a short amount of time. Gerber Collision kept me updated at every step of the process. The person managing my repair wasn't pleased with how the paint job turned out so he made them re-do the work. This extended the time Gerber had my car but I appreciated the attention to detail and honesty. The completed job met my expectations.

The entire staff is terrific! Sydni B estimate to my insurance company was spot on and she guided me perfectly through the entire process. I also want to give a shout out to Haley and Monica of the reception staff. While making arrangements, Monica took it upon herself to put me on a very brief hold and walk through the shared entrance doors to guarantee the availability of an Enterprise vehicle for my use. Well done everyone! If it was possible, I'd give you 6 stars!
