Kelly was fantastic from start to finish. The shop did not sugar coat anything, up front and honest. My Jeep was finished a week ahead of time which was nice to get my whip back. They used OEM parts which is a bonus when fixing a vehicle. They also provide a lifetime warranty on their work/workmanship. I would use this shop for any cosmetic repairs or glass work even if it was not covered by insurance. Thanks and Kudos to Kelly and their entire staff. v/r SARGE

Jerry G. is the manager that handled the damages to my vehicle. Jerry was absolutely amazing at keeping me updated on the collision damage. He literally saved me from paying a single penny out of pocket. My insurance company was planning to have me pay the deductible as well as all costs for a rental car while the repairs were being performed. Due to the nature of the accident, Jerry informed me that all costs and the rental car should be incurred by the other persons insurance company. He was absolutely correct in his assessment of which I insisted that my insurance company review the Michigan no fault laws governing the type of accident my vehicle was involved in. This resulted in my insurance not having to pay for anything; all expenses were covered by the at fault driver's insurance company. I am very appreciative of his knowledge and ... guidance he provided. The repairs were performed with excellence. The car was returned to me in pristine condition- it is impossible to see that the car was ever damaged. The whole staff at Gerber Collision and Glass were ultra friendly and helpful! I highly recommend this company for anyone requiring collision repairs and replacement glass. read more
