They are great. No one likes it when their car needs to go to the collision shop. But these folks did exactly what they said they would do, ahead of schedule with a job so good you cannot tell it was in an accident. My customer service guy (Colin) explained the process in the beginning and followed through until the job was completed . I would highly recommend them if you need auto body work.

When I was working, I had a service transportation company all my life. Through those years I have experienced the ups and downs of dealing with a body shop. It was not uncommon to have to deal with delays, lack of communication, poor body replacement part fit and paint overspray. Gerber surpassed my expectation with no delay, communication during repair, and a vehicle cleaner than when purchased from the dealer. Great job.

Had an accident. State Farm recommended Gerber. My vehicle towed there for estimate. State Farm got it and deemed my car a total loss, not based on the estimate. but after the $2,000.00 range above the estimate. State farm deemed it 75% of value and totalled it. Then after that was determined. i stopped in the let them know all final paperwork was in and my settlement money should be in a couple of days. Two days later I went in to the office and told them money came in and how do they want to transact for the repairs...they then told me they don't work on "totalled" vehicles.......
