I "unfortunately" needed to have some body work repairs done on my car due to a minor accident. My insurance company sent me to Gerber in Kenosha, WI. I was extremely satisfied with the results. Even with the current health issues facing us all, I got my car back in a reasonable time. I received it when promised. And when I got in, the whole car was detailed and cleaned! It looked like it had just come off the lot. Very pleased !!! Will recommend this place strongly!!!

Mikayla greeted us and answered our questions and put us at ease. She has a wonderful smile and makes a great first impression. Felipe took us out to our car and went over the damage with us. He also brought our vaccuummed, clean car to us and went over all the paperwork when it was finished. He gave us updates throughout the process which was very reassuring. Bill did an excellent job taking our information and working up the estimate for USAA. We are grateful for the warranty. The car drives beautifully! Steering is nice and tight. The wheel refurbishments are incredible! Also, we know you folks are working short-handed, and parts are difficult to get quickly these days, but our car was completed a week ahead of the estimated time! The team at this location went above and beyond to make my car look brand new after my wreck. There was $9k worth of damage to the front end of my vehicle. Despite going through a COVID surge, Snowmagedon, parts on back order, and an ice storm; I feel that they accomplished my repairs in a timely manner. The staff is very friendly and extremely helpful and they were communicative throughout the whole process. 10/10
