Kacy and the team were great! We hit a bit of a hiccup when repairs ended up costing a little bit more than expected which resulted in filing an insurance claim, but Kacy was quick to communicate with the claim agent to get the ball rolling again. They provided me timely updates and got my vehicle back to me a week ahead of schedule. Absolutely recommend Gerber Mooresville for ANY repairs.

Dwayne. Was. Amazing. I have a 2014 Honda Civic that had the phone charger cord stuck under my passenger seat and the two brackets on the left bumper had come undone. I told him about my issues and he took my car back in no more than 10 minutes and fixed both. He was kind, knowledgable, and incredibly helpful to my stressful day.

I wanted to thank the team in Skokie, they had my car in an accident i had, they helped me with timing when I could bring the car in due to rental car problems. I had to borrow a car while mine was being fixed, I asked them to please let me know when they would start the car so I didn't have to leave it sit in the shop and wait to get started on, they were amazing they let me know the exact day. They continued to keep me updated on the progress, it helped me a lot because I did borrow a car from someone and wanted to get it back to them ASAP. Gerber really came through for me, I really appreciate them for doing that for me. I hope you let them know how much I appreciated them I live very close and I will defiantly stop by just to say hello. Barbara B.
