The adjuster, tow driver, and Gerber customer service reps and technicians all handled this seamlessly. The customer service @ both Statesville (Sarah) and Mooresville (Kacy) did an outstanding job in calling and keeping us informed of the status of our repair. Hayley was diligent to getting parts for my GMC Truck and scheduling for the repairs. Communication was somewhat good at the end of the process. Shop personnel was lacking on the cleanup of the repaired area of wiping off smudges and black sealant.
