There were 3 exceptional services in the repair to extensive front end damage. 1. The front end repair made my car look as good as there day I bought it. 2. Kim and others called me frequently to keep me informed of the progress of the repair. 3. I am a senior citizen and walk with the aid of a cane. It would have require 2 bus routes and several blocks to walk to leave and pick up my car, Gerber gave me a ride home and brought the repaired car to my home. So, I give the Gerber staff 7 stars for the best auto service I have ever had.
