Gerber is a CLASS ACT Collision & Glass shop. Due to the unforeseen circumstances that ended up causing my car to be repaired. My husband & I were extremely grateful for them being on top of their customer service skills. They were able to keep me reassured on every aspect of each repair. I was worried about getting a ticket for driving around without a driver side-view mirror and they went out of their way to order this part asap. It came in earlier then expected and they called us to bring car in to put the new mirror on. During these pandemic days it's so rare, that a local business was so ready to take the time and eagerly help. Offered to direct us with any additional questions or concerns. When the date came for them to repair the damage to the side of my car & two rims this was done in a timely manner. I happened to ... notice an issue on the car in which I called the shop to discuss with the manager. The manager was able to take care of my concern within a week. On a scale from 1 to 10, our family gives them a 12. The location was ideal and employees constantly communicated with us keeping us in the loop. One of the best experiences ever. Another bonus is that they do work with & offer rental car services from a local shop down the street. My husband was thrilled to know how easy the rental was to get and to have it returned to collision shop where they picked up the rental car and completed the rental transaction. One, if the not the most of the most reputable and credible auto repair providers I have ever brought my vehicle to. The Glenview GM treats you like you a childhood friend and that you grew up in the same neighborhood and both his parents and your parents were life long friends. Work is consistently done ahead of schedule and exceeds expectations. Gerber stands by their lifetime warranty. There is no one else in industry that offers lifetime warranty on body work (and sticks to it). Gerber collision and glass is industry leader.
