It was a tough fix, but this team persevered and was very transparent about the time it would take to do everything that needed to be done. Overall, I would give this team 10 stars if it was an option. Very grateful for the work they did to get my 2025 Subaru Ascent back on the roads!

My Insurance company arranged the estimate report ahead of time so when I showed up, all I needed to do was get an estimate and a walk around. Michelle helped me find some additional problems I missed and Sharita set everything up in the system. They were both very nice and the repairs were completed on time. 5/5 Service!

After hitting a deer, we chose Gerber Collision for repairs. I am so glad we did, in a week our repairs were completed and you would never know that deer had jumped out and did damage! Would recommend to anyone!

The car came out beautiful and can't believe you were able to get it done ahead of schedule. The staff that we interacted with was all very knowledgeable and friendly especially Judy at the front desk. She made it feel like a very friendly and family like environment. I'm actually going to miss not talking and seeing her now that the car is completed, she always put a smile on my face!

Oh my goodness, I can't say enough about Evie over at Gerber Collision! From start to finish, her communication was absolutely incredible. She was constantly keeping me updated on the status of my car, and anytime I had a question, I could reach out and she would respond right away. Evie went above and beyond to make sure we were accommodated and had all the information we needed. If anything was off or needed attention, she made sure we were in the loop, which I really appreciate, it's such a relief to know exactly what's going on. Evie's customer service was 10/10. Truly amazing experience out of 5 stars!

I had a wonderful experience at this body shop. Miss Emily was extremely kind, professional, and helpful when she looked at the damage on my car. She explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable. The paint technician also did a great job and helped me without charging me, which I truly appreciate. Their kindness and generosity meant a lot to me. Thank you to Emily and the team for the excellent service.
