Also, my car was ready x1 week earlier than previously estimated. The work was really great, i honestly can't even tell that something was even done! It looks really good. After backing into our grandson's BB goalpost with our LexusRH 450, I needed good repair shop. I reviewed the internet for the best/reputable collusion co and found Gerber as the highest rated. The customer service at the Malachite Dr, in Murfreesboro was top notch. They kept me up to date with text & even completed the job early. They worked diligently with my insurance company. Note to all: they do not use aftermarket parts. Their workmanship body and painting job were superior. With my car being bright Red with extra paint & clear coats it could have been extremely difficult to match, but these associates matched the color exactly and you will never know where the damage was done. I can't say enough positive words about my experience with Gerber and I would recommend them to anyone no matter the make of their car. My hats off ... to them all! read more

Location is timely, professional, great at communication, and of course did a great job with my vehicle repairs. This is the second vehicle I've had repaired at this location. I was surprised and pleased at how quickly the repairs were completed, not to mention the convenience of having Enterprise rental car just steps away for the insurance rental car I needed. Recommend highly.

I went to Gerber becuase they have done work several times for my wife and me. Always reasonably priced and excellent work. I met with Jason F. after 'a curb jumped out in front of me and 'bit' my front right bumper' (a non-insurance claim FYI). He gave me an estimate without an appointment the morning I stopped. Jason took the time to discuss the unique color challenge of my car with their body paint specialist. Jason was honest about the work challenge of this specific paint and the significant cost. At the end I decided not to have the work done. I appreciated Jason's professionalism. In the future I would go back to them without hesitation.
