Working with Gerber has been easy & seamless. Chris and the entire staff is very professional & friendly. I found a leak after my car repair & they had me come back in asap. They fixed the issue & the shop tech came to speak with me directly about it, he also apologized. You can tell the culture at Gerber is customer focused and they care about their clients. Dealing with Gerber for collision repair on my Rav 4 was actually a very pleasant experience in spite of the reason that brought me there. Everyone I dealt with in the office was professional, pleasant and efficient, and I received texts regularly keeping me advised on the repair process. I was told the repair would take a week, possibly an extra day or two, but it was done on schedule and I received a nice clean and perfectly repaired vehicle. I have nothing but positive things to say about this company and wouldn't hesitate to contact them again if necessary.
