I had a great experience with Gerber after having an unfortunate encounter with a snowbank in my Mini Cooper. All the staff were friendly, professional, and helpful especially the estimator, Jason. The repair work was completed earlier than expected, and they even washed my car & cleaned the inside. The car looked like new when I picked it up. Now that's what I call customer service!

Unfortunately this was the 2nd time Gerber has had to repair my car. 1st time a tree fell on it, resulting in practically replacing quite a bit of my car as you can imagine.
