Fantastic service! Jim and Robert kept me in the loop on the repairs. They were easy to reach and communicated everything clearly. Friendly staff all around - reception (Dee, I think was her name), the gentleman covering for her lunch, Jim, and Robert. They made getting my car back to me as quickly as possible a priority. Hopefully, I don't need collision services again, but will choose them if I ever do. I highly recommend this location to anyone needing collision repairs!

Our Insured was vacationing in Florida and Clmt Vehicle rear ended Insured's brand new Ford F350 P/U on 01/05/2026. Vehicle took almost 3 months to repair in Florida. Insured flew back to Florida from Ohio to p/u his vehicle in late March. When the Insured arrived the paint was the wrong color and it was highly noticeable. Insured did not want to leave his truck in Florida,, so he drove back to OHIO and called Allstate. I worked with the Insured to find a shop to repair the mismatched paint job that covered approximately 65% of the vehicle. Trevor and the team at Gerber Collision in Hudson OHIO were great. They were able to quickly confirm the paint mismatch and take care of our Insured. Insured was very satisfied and happy that his 6 month ordeal was finally complete and he had received his truck back looking brand new again. Thank you ...
