I had my car repaired here last June. My car was completed in the time that they said it would be and everyone I came in contact with was very professional and courteous. We've had a couple of warranty items since then and they were handled quickly. I worked with Jon and Mardell on this last issue and definitely want them and the whole team to know that I appreciate their kindness and making this an easy process for me. They were very busy but didn't make me feel rushed or that I was a bother. Great customer service! The extra little TLC they gave my car was a great touch! Good job!

Gerber did a great job repairing my car! I really appreciate their customer service. Michael even dropped me off at my office and picked me up when my car was ready. He also kept me up to date on the status of my car throughout the repair process. I dropped my car off on a Wednesday and it was ready the following Tuesday. It worked out perfectly since I went out of town on Friday after I dropped it off on Wednesday and got back Monday.
