Shout out to the staff, everyone there made our .trip to Palisade better. Unfortunately my car was hit while at dinner making the driver side door inoperative. Being from out of town I was at a loss. We stopped in and without hesitating they looked at my car and made it so I could open the door. And not have to climb over the console. I highly recommend this shop.

Pleasant surprise. I took my car in for some minor touch up work to the paint and even bought the touch up paint at the dealership. Knowing my history, I wanted a professional to do it and took it to Gerber. Mr. Castillo took care of me immediately, touched up the blemish, and then said "No charge, but come back Monday so I can touch it up and check on it". WOW! Don't see this customer service very often these days. Made my day a bit better. Thanks

Had damage to AEB sensor and front bumper. Gerber in Mentor, Oh did a fantastic job on my repair. They also cleaned car inside and out. Great working Ron Bodamer and Alexis. Final price was higher than quote however but again a great job done by them.
