We were in dire straights after colliding with a deer driving from OH to CT in the area of Gerber Collision & Glass. We had called our insurance company and told us to reach out to Gerber for assistance. I was greeted by Andy on the phone who was supportive, understanding and overwhelmingly accomodating. We had to leave our vehicle with him and find a way to get home to CT from there. When the vehicle was repaired we had to arrive after business hours which was welcomed by Andy and offered to meet us when we arrived to pick it up. I have never been involved with a garage or service center that has gone out of their way to help us out the way he did. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Communication was great with Emmalee who kept us informed of the progress and next steps. We couldn't be more pleased and thankful to have found ... and had been recommended to Gerber Collision & Glass. If we lived in this area, we send everyone we knew there for service! read more

I was quite impressed with their work. When I arrived at the body shop, I met a gentleman named Joel. Although I hadn't heard of the company before, my insurance recommended them. Joel was not only extremely knowledgeable in his field, but also friendly and professional. What really impressed me was that they returned my car in just 10 days, even though the initial estimate was over two weeks. Now, my car looks as good as new, and I couldn't be happier. I'll definitely recommend Gerber Collision and Glass on Charles Hardy Parkway in Dallas to my friends.

I am so pleased with the work that Gerber Collision did on my car. My 2018 Chevy Impala was side-swiped when I was shopping in a local grocery store. You can imagine my surprise when I returned to my car! I had used Gerber Collision in the past, but this repair job beat my expectations. You can not even tell where the repairs were made. The paint matches perfectly. The bonus was the people themselves. Everyone was pleasant and cooperative. I received two phone updates and my rental car was delivered to the repair shop.
