After doing an impatient turn out of a parking lot, I had my first accident. Called my insurance and they referred me to Gerber. I must say that the whole process was handled by professionals. From the Receptionist to the Estimator and to the final result, my stress level was lowered by how well they communicated and kept me aware of all steps. They had to deal with paint matching out of 7 samples provided, and an unusable replacement door. Hopefully I won't use them again soon, but I do recommend them. I am very pleased as to how my vehicle turned out. There is no evidence of my previous driving mishap. Thank you Gerber!

We had an excellent experience with Gerber Collision repairing our 2019 Toyota Rave 4. The personnel were courteous, communicated well and followed through exactly as agreed upon. You can no longer tell that collision work was needed on a damaged door. The paint job is flawless and the color exactly matches the rest of the car. We highly recommend Gerber Collision!

Andy S was our guy. He evaluated and estimated the damage. He was great! He knew his business and was direct yet very kind and informative. He said it may take appx 2 weeks give or take, depending on what they found and if anything broke. He hooked me up with Enterprise where I was given a discount. We were not going thru insurance for the car or the rental. He called after 5:00 on 1/15/26 saying it would be completed on 1/16/26. He then reached out on 1/16/26 and said we could pick up the car at 4:30 pm. He said the man who worked on it was Mike. I am very impressed with Andy and Mike. I would recommend this Gerber Collison to anyone and everyone. The lady at the desk (Brittany???) was also very helpful dropping the car off and picking it up. I feel you have 3 incredible employees at Gerber Collision who MAKE A DIFFERENCE!!

WOW! Wonderful service from the moment I walked in the door. Rose greeted me and in 2 minutes we were fast friends....Ginger too! They offered to shuffle vehicles for me to more easily exit, even though they didn't have to, (didn't want to make a NEW dent), and the car looks great. Also theft text messages with status and the repair was completed sooner than I had expected. Great company, great staff. Thanks to you all! .
