Very great experience!!! I pulled off a curb wrong and my bottom bumper peeled off so I googled the closest shop near me and they popped up! I drove in and immediately someone was walking up to me asking how they could help. I explained my situation and again immediately a worker walking past stated they would be willing to help they gave me a couple options to choose from and then got right to work! They were fast efficient and very friendly as they offered me a seat in their lobby and offered refreshments. I would definitely bring my car here if I have any other problems

I couldn't be happier with the service I received. From Cheryl at the front desk to JT, who constantly kept me updated on the progress of my vehicle's restoration. For an auto owner whose vehicle required the services of Gerber, and utilizing an auto rental, the worst thing in the world is not knowing how long you will have to be paying for the rental. Being kept up to date on the repairs was a great stress reliever. I thank Gerber and its entire staff for the stellar service I received.

First and foremost, everyone employed at this establishment is WONDERFUL and made the entire process as smooth as possible. I brought in my car after someone hit it in a parking lot while I was at work. I was so worried about the whole process of everything, given that I'm a young woman who knows nothing about cars, but the staff was so welcoming and explanatory that the worry washed right away. Emily, the woman who corresponded with me through emails and did my original intake, is a godsend. I couldn't get through to state farm and she got on the line and fixed everything effortlessly. She was so nice throughout the entire process and I appreciate her endlessly. Always responded to any questions or concerns promptly, above all customer service. Joe, the gentleman who ran my estimate, was so pleasant and explanatory as well with the ... continuous updates on my vehicle. Bill, the gentleman who drove me over to enterprise after intake, is such a kind soul who did a FANTASTIC job cleaning my mess of a car, wow! Tim, the gentleman who worked on my car, did an EXEMPLARY job. When I first came out to see the vehicle at pick up, it looked brand new! You cannot even tell it was in an accident. Of course, a big shout out to Ron as well for his oversight and his welcoming customer service. I am so beyond grateful for the generosity and care this team has taken in getting this resolved for me. If I could, I'd give everyone single one of them a raise for their dedication and hard work. I highly urge any upper management to take their hard work and exemplary customer service into consideration towards their compensation. From a young woman who knows absolutely nothing about cars, I was never made to feel lesser than or an inconvenience. After running over debris on Hathaway Bridge my front bumper was knocked loose. I crossed the bridge and immediately stoped here where in less than 5 minutes they had popped it back in place where it has stayed for 4 months. I can't thank them enough for such a friendly and instant fix. And at no charge which I certainly wasn't expecting. I had been recommended of them and sorry for the late feedback.
