It has been a pleasure working with Kelly F. and Kelly S. They have both been awesome from the very first phone call. The follow through they offered was amazing from the tow truck picking up the vehicle to returning the rental car and picking up our vehicle. They did a great job on repairing and fixing the damage to our vehicle. They answered all our questions and have been courteous and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. Thanks to all the employees at Gerber Collision located at 805 E. Hibiscus Blvd, Melbourne, Fl. for making this process so much easier to deal with. At first we had a bit of a misunderstanding, but Charles promptly followed up with an email and true to his word my repair was completed 3 days earlier than I had expected. Charle's follow up was outstanding. I hope I never need a body shop again. But if I do I'll go back to Gerber Collision and Glass in Kennesaw
