We worked with Courtney and Larry -courteous and knowledgeable professionals who provided excellent customer service. We knew what to expect throughout the estimate and repair process thanks to Courtney's phone messages and emails. Importantly, Gerber completed the repairs earlier than the promised date and the repairs are warrantied as long as we own our vehicle, which is pretty great. From start to finish, Gerber Collision & Glass in Germantown did a terrific job and we couldn't be more appreciative!

I received a call both days the car was being worked on to give me updates and to set my expectations from Chris. Then when I picked up the car it was washed and cleaned inside and out. Now this is the way American companies should treat their customers. Strongly recommend Gerber

I LOVE my van and was worried about it not looking as nice as before after my accident. It was the first time I had an accident in all my 61 years! I was treated with respect when I walked in the door. The office was clean, the staff was responsive and gave me a detailed estimate. They explained the process to me (their responsibility to the insurance company and me, the customer) their warranty and the amount of time it would take to repair my vehicle. They assured me they would make it look as good as new. The body work is excellent and they went the "extra" mile to be sure I was satisfied.
