Everyone was excellent. I dropped of my car with significant damage at the Woodhaven location. They could not begin work on it for a few days so offered to send to Ann Arbor who could begin right away. I received regular updates on the progress of my car and in was delivered way ahead of schedule. Everyone was very pleasant and professional to work with and make a difficult experience much more bearable. I will definitely do business with Gerber in the future as needed and will recommend them to everyone

Just want you to know that I believe the Gerber location in Orlando at this location is FANTASTIC! Someone hit my 2008 PT Cruiser in the rear causing about $2500 in damage. I am a GEICO insurance customer. Brought my car to this location and WOW, what extraordinary customer service not to mention the fantastic job done on my car. It looks better than new. I want to pass my thanks along to Mike (I think his last name is Onofre) and also to Angel and the other techs that worked on my car. Dropped it off this past Tuesday morning and it was done by Friday afternoon. Unbelievable fast turn around time and outstanding customer service by everyone there. I was texted and given phone calls daily about the progress of the repairs to my PT Cruiser. Please be sure to pass on my comments to your employees as well as the manager of this shop. I recieved phone calls, texts, emails and was informed throughout the whole process. The car looked good as new. Although I hope not to have to use your service again, I have the comfort in knowing that I have such a great service to recommend or use if my car needs such services.
