I had some major damage in the front of my car from a UHAUL driver crushing the left panel and front bumper. I brought my car to Gerber for an estimate and they made everything so simple. Rachel took care of me and assured me that they would give me a fair estimate within my insurance's estimate or they would contact them directly for any other incidentals. My car came out looking better than new! And Rachel called me almost daily to give me progress reports. I knew exactly what to expect. I am very pleased with the service and repair work. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I had a wonderful experience with Gerber Collision. I was kept in good communication on my van and its progress. Also, the assistant Becky went above and beyond to help clear up a miscommunication between the insurance's information and what they had told me previously. And they cleaned and vacuumed my van which was an added bonus. Very pleased and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to someone else! Thanks!

They were very good and finished my car ahead of schedule. Work was excellent . They were a great group to work with. I brought my car there because I was hit in a restaurant parking lot by a USAA insured. Process went very smoothly. Frankly I was surprised how smooth things went.

Fort Wayne - great job and team! I've been to Gerber 3 times and in each case Dawn was thorough, prepared and did a great job of keeping me informed throughout the process. Jeff, the Estimator, did a great job of breaking down several options in the estimate of work. My car was always done on time and their follow up was very professional and thorough! When I had a question about something after the service work, Ryan, the General Manager, personally called me to discuss. He and his team went above and beyond in several ways to make sure I was completely satisfied and that Gerber had met and exceeded my expectations. They did! I will recommend them to friends. A lot of companies tell you they want you to be completely satisfied... Gerber really means it!

I had my car repaired at your location in July and I picked up my vehicle on 7/27/15 and I was very pleased with your service . I, picked up my vehicle in spotless condition. I was given frequent updates by Brittany and she assured me and my wife we would notified as soon as the work was done .The repair bill was paid by Liberty Mutual to your shop. However my nightmare with Enterprise Car Rental Was just beginning. They kept billing me for the rental car. Enterprise kept telling me to go back to your shop to resolve the issue . Iwent to the Enterprise location 4 times to resolve the issue . I was promised that the manager would call me back and resolve the billing issue .He never did . I was very satisfied with my customer experience at Gerber Collision. I came into the shop upset because a child at my apartment complex had hit my car with there bike. Brittany was very professional, and was ready to assist me right away. She provided me with excellent customer service, and kept me informed by calling me every time she received an update on my claim from my insurance company USAA. She made the process a lot easier for me and less stressful. I would recommend my friends and family to Gerber Collision!

I have used this shop several times when it was Collex because of the service and work quality. I wonder if things would be the same. I was not disappointed. Peter and his staff did a great job and went that extra step to fix a minor problem I didn't even mention. That going the extra mile will bring me back. (Hopefully I won't have to but things happen.) I do miss the web photos that used to be posted but the personal phone calls are a nice touch. Thanks for the great job.
