I came here due to a small front end collision. These people are AWESOME!! This being the first time EVER that I had to get body work done on my car I was a little unsure what was going to be expected. Well let's start with Yvonne.... She was very helpful and walked me through all the steps. She would call me to give me updates on the time frame for the work, what was to happen in working with the other insurance and keeping me up to date on when my car would be done. I didn't have to worry about a thing. Now, on to Scott! He walked me through all the options I had for the repairs, spoke and worked things out with the insurance company and had my car back in a timely manner! Couldn't ask for more! I'm actually going to be going back to have my windshield repaired there. Great company and great people! I highly recommend them!

Besides doing very careful dent removing and painting, they made our little Honda Civic SI look like new all over. By far the best body work done on the care in my years of work done in CT and MI. The service was always prompt, and most flexible. In short, over the top in all respects! Double the number of stars; they've earned 10. I'm already thinking of asking them to take care of few other dents I've got.

I was kept informed on the progress of my repair, and in fact it was ready before the date they said. Gayle Pugmire was so friendly and kind. She even gave me a hug when I left. I was treated wonderfully from the moment I went to get the estimate , email updates, text updates and phone calls from the Technician. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone out there looking for a professional shop to bring their auto to. Scott Berg was the Tech and told me it would be about a week and with additional damage found it only took 3 days! When I came to pick up my vehicle I was told that he wasn't there anymore and was promoted to General Manager of another! I wish you the BEST!
