Mike W, Estimator and his team were awesome! I am impressed with the integrity and honesty of Gerber Collision & Glass when they said the damage to my car was so minor as to not need repairs, not even to the paint! A few minutes buff job and I was back out the door without needing to pay my deductible. It was the least painful accident I ever had, with the at fault other party likely to be relieved as well. Safeco recommended Gerber, and now I see why! My wife and I will definitely come back if we have any other future unexpected mishaps. Thanks for everything!

I decided return to the 6th Street location for my 2014 Mazda 3 after they fixed my RX8 about three years ago. My experience this time was just as professional and pleasant as my first. In particular, the level of communication from Shabeer and the entire team was perfect. I never had to pick up the phone to call - the text messaging system is great - my concerns were anticipated at every step. Shabeer called to alert me to damage that was not evident until the car was in the shop. He showed me the damaged bumper and explained why it was necessary to replace it rather than repair it. Since the repair was out-of-pocket, I was hesitant to approve the additional repair, but he explained that it would affect the safety and, very likely, the fit and finish of the job. I rarely take the time to provide feedback or submit comments but the service I received, from Jason C., was so outstanding I decided to take the time. I had been to Gerber before for insurance related repairs but this was my first "customer pay" experience. While I expected to have to defend against the "full service" quote where everything would be fixed but at a correspondingly high price, Jason instead and knowing the vehicles age, helped me get a minimum but acceptable amount of work done at a minimal price - he showed great integrity throughout the process. Because of Jason, I will be back!
