Everyone we spoke was very helpful and able to answer most questions about the process of getting a replacement for our back hatch after it was rear-ended. We received daily updates on the progress and an estimate for the timeline that was very in line with the actual duration. Was really helpful that I could drop off my rental car to return at the same location when I came to pick up my car.

Matthew G. did a great job estimating and working through different options for me. Brianne was very helpful and friendly in each of our interactions on the phone or at the front desk. The repair technicians did an excellent job with my Toyota 4Runner, matching the paint precisely and aligning the OEM parts perfectly. Matthew kept in frequent communication and ensured the process went smoothly. The technicians also did a fine job cleaning the interior and exterior, which I was not expecting to be included. I was referred to Gerber by a friend who used them once before, and I will certainly refer them to others as well.

Their service was absolutely top-notch. Ron was very helpful and insightful to the process, and they kept me very well informed of the status of my vehicle. They were also incredibly accurate in their estimate and even came in below the initial estimate after everything was wrapped up. The work they did was stunning, and they rebuilt the entire back end of my car to the point where it looks brand new again. They also did all this work 6 days before the initial time estimate. I will most definitely be continuing to use this shop for any of my future autobody work in the future!
