Every time Wendy would call she would apologize like it was their fault. I guess because they're used to customers complaining? She was spectacular all the way through the process! Everyone we spoke was very helpful and able to answer most questions about the process of getting a replacement for our back hatch after it was rear-ended. We received daily updates on the progress and an estimate for the timeline that was very in line with the actual duration. Was really helpful that I could drop off my rental car to return at the same location when I came to pick up my car.
